Do I have to replace the software I already use?
No. Thraev handles the quote and the paperwork that comes with it. Keep whatever you already use for scheduling, dispatch and accounting.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The trial is 14 days and doesn't ask for a card. Build real quotes with your own prices, then pick a plan if it fits.
What's the difference between the plans?
Solo is for one person and has a weekly quote limit. Solo Pro removes the limit and the Thraev branding from your quotes. Crew adds logins for the rest of your team. The plan cards above list the exact limits.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year. Cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and payments aren't refunded.
Is paying yearly cheaper?
Yes. An annual plan costs the same as ten months, so two months are free.
Will my techs actually use it?
There isn't much to learn. They sign in, pick the job, and the line items and prices from your book are already there.
Can I load my own supplier pricing?
Yes. Your costs and your margin, set once. The pre-loaded line items are a starting list, not somebody else's prices.
Who owns the quotes?
You do. The account owner can download every quote, customer and price-book item from Settings whenever they want.
Does Thraev take deposits or card payments?
Not yet. Every quote can show your deposit terms and the amount due, and you collect the money the way you do today.

Does it work with no signal in a basement or crawlspace?
Partly. Once the quote screen is open, a dropped signal won't lose your work — the draft is saved on the phone and comes back when you reopen it. Sending the quote and getting the signature need a connection.
